Another Escape
A distinctive visual identity for an outdoor lifestyle magazine

Another Escape had made a name for itself as a considered outdoor lifestyle publisher, but the team was feeling constrained by the magazine’s existing editorial structure. Our redesign established a proprietary visual brand language which allowed subsequent volumes to better accommodate a wider range of topics, and enhance the diversity of original content within.
The masthead was drawn from scratch, and paired with a nature-inspired logo alluding to a leaf detail under a magnifying glass. Each volume was then assigned a principle colour which aligned with its broader theme, providing accents from the spine to the editor’s letter and spilling into social content, too.
